We prepare the SCE certificate
Using the data gathered on-site, we prepare and register the official energy performance certificate through the SCE system — the document you need before proceeding with a sale or rental.
You receive the advisory report
Alongside the certificate, you receive our written report: a clear explanation of the current rating, which specific elements are reducing it, and what each upgrade could mean for annual energy costs — so you can make informed decisions about next steps.
